Frank van Schaayk
Frank van Schaayk retired in October 2014, as Regional President, The Americas, for McCain Foods Limited. Before joining McCain Foods, Mr. van Schaayk was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ben’s Limited, a privately held wholesale bakery company in Eastern Canada. Mr. van Schaayk began his career in 1978 with Shell Canada Ltd as a drilling engineer in Alberta and offshore Nova Scotia and also served in senior strategic and financial planning roles at Shell. In addition to seats on large public and privately held food businesses including Ben’s Ltd., McCain Foods Ltd., Bay State Milling Company, Quincy, Mass and High Liner Foods.
Mr. van Schaayk has also served on many not for profit entities and is currently a member of Saint Francis Xavier University and a member of the advisory Board of the Verschuren Centre for Sustainability at the Cape Breton University.
