Mindwell U is a free online challenge that takes just five minutes a day, and can be accessed anywhere and on any device.
The program challenges you to take five minutes out of your day to learn the basics in mindfulness, a practice that allows a person to focus their attention and be fully present in a moment.
This practice lowers stress and increases resilience. The Challenge also teaches ‘mindfulness-in-action’ so people don’t need to stop what they are doing to become calmer, present and more focused.
As well, everyone who registers for the Challenge gets to invite a buddy to take the training with them if they choose.
How does it work?

- Once you complete this sign up page you'll be directed to complete your profile, invite a buddy and get started on your training.
- Each day you will complete a “Take 5” session during which you learn new mindfulness skills to improve your ability to focus your attention on the present moment and improve your mental health.
A new Challenge starts every Tuesday, is available in French and English, and only takes 5 to 10 minutes a day.
