
Effective Feb. 28, 2022, the Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC) will be open Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration on weekdays closes at 5:30 p.m. and at 2:30 p.m. on weekends (or earlier depending on the number of people waiting to be seen on any given day). Hours are subject to change on holidays.
If people arrive for care when the CEC is closed, please seek medical attention at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre Emergency Department in Amherst, NS or call 911.

Visiting Hours

Visitors are welcome daily between the hours of 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please check with nursing staff, if you want to visit outside of the standard visiting hours.

Space in our private and semi-private rooms is limited. The sooner we have your insurance information the more likely we are to be able to accommodate your request.
When the booking clerk calls with your hospital admission date, let them know you are interested in a private or semi-private room.

TV Service
TVs are available in restorative care patient rooms. There is also a TV in the second level lounge.
Phone Service
To connect phone service, dial 499 directly from the bedside phone or call 1-800-760-8969 . Fees apply for this service.

.Inpatient Meals
All patients are provided with meals and snacks during their stay. If you follow a special diet or have food-related allergies or sensitivities, let us know when you arrive.
Family and friends may bring food to a patient but should confirm with nursing staff that it does not conflict with any food restrictions.
Cafeteria and Vending Machines
Food and coffee vending machines are located in the cafeteria on the basement level. You can access the cafeteria 24 hours a day. A vending machine with beverages is located on the main floor just inside the main entrance.
Gift Shop
The gift shop is located off the main entrance.
Hours of operation:
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Spiritual Spaces and Quiet Rooms
A spiritual space and family room are located on the second level.

All Saints Hospital is located in Springhill, Nova Scotia. The facility provides health services to Springhill and surrounding areas including Oxford, Collingwood, Southampton and Springhill Junction.
