Clinics offer drop-ins for COVID-19 vaccine in Antigonish, Sydney & Port Hawkesbury

Nova Scotia Health outreach vaccine clinics will be in Antigonish, Sydney, and Port Hawkesbury next week to offer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine (ages 12+) to support vaccine accessibility to Nova Scotians.

The outreach clinics are welcoming drop-ins for their first or second dose* at the following locations, at the following times:

StFX University – Keating Centre Conference Room (1100 Convocation Blvd., Antigonish)
Monday, Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Drop-in only

NSCC Oceans Innovation Centre (3 MacSween St., Port Hawkesbury)
Thursday, Nov. 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Drop-in only

CBU – Canada Games Complex (1250 Grand Lake Rd., Sydney)
Tuesday, Nov. 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Drop-in only

*To be eligible for a second dose, you must have received you first dose at least 28 days ago.

Please bring your ID and health card number, if you have one, to the vaccine clinic

For those with mobility challenges, special needs, and/or have significant anxiety about needles, please notify clinic team members on site. Having this information in advance helps the clinic team better prepare to offer support.

All eligible Nova Scotians are encouraged to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as possible.
