Nova Scotia Health outreach vaccine clinics offer drop-ins for COVID-19 vaccine in Sherbrooke and Sydney next week

The Nova Scotia Health outreach vaccine clinics will be in Sherbrooke and Sydney next week to offer drop-ins for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine (ages 12+) to support vaccine accessibility for Nova Scotians.

The outreach clinics are welcoming drop-ins for first and second doses* at the following locations, at the following times:

  • Sherbrooke Lion’s Hall (8004 Hwy. 7, Sherbrooke)
    Monday, Nov. 1 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
    Drop-ins only

     
  • CBU – Canada Games Complex (1250 Grand Lake Rd., Sydney)
    Tuesday, Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

    Friday, Nov. 5 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
    Drop-ins only

*To receive your second dose of COVID-19 vaccine, it must be at least 28 days since your first dose, or at least 21 days if your first dose was Pfizer.

Please bring your health card number and ID to the vaccine clinic, if you have them.

For those with mobility challenges, special needs, and/or have significant anxiety about needles, please notify clinic team members on site. Having this information in advance helps the clinic team better prepare to offer support.

All eligible Nova Scotians are encouraged to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as possible.
