Public Health mobile units providing additional COVID-19 testing in all zones

Access to COVID-19 testing remains widely available in Nova Scotia. In an effort to ensure all Nova Scotians have access to COVID-19 testing as needed, the Public Health mobile units will be offering testing in the communities listed below. All upcoming mobile unit clinics can be found online at https://www.nshealth.ca/PHMU.

You are welcome to drop into a Public Health mobile unit clinic to pick up a box of rapid test kits even if you do not have symptoms. Nova Scotians are encouraged to have one box of rapid tests on hand in case symptoms develop.

If you have symptoms, the mobile units conduct on-site PCR testing and provide rapid test pick-up, with or without an appointment. Drop-ins are welcome. You can also book a testing appointment at a mobile clinic in your area. To do so, please complete the online assessment at https://covid-self-assessment.novascotia.ca/en. You can also book an appointment by calling 811.

Please complete the 'Report and Support' screening form (https://www.nshealth.ca/reportandsupport) if you are booking a PCR test or have a positive rapid test. You can also complete the form by calling toll free at 1-833-797-7772.
