Members of the Eye Care Centre provide medical, surgical and emergency eye care services to patients across Atlantic Canada.
The Eye Care Centre features modern diagnostic and therapeutic equipment required for specialized care of patients with general ophthalmological diseases, as well as in subspecialty areas such as vitreous-retinal, corneal, uveitis, orbital/oculo-plastics, glaucoma, cataract and neuro-ophthalmologic diseases.

How do I get an appointment?
Appointments are made upon referral only; referrals are accepted by family doctors, other specialty doctors, other ophthalmologists and optometrists. Urgent referrals are accepted as well, usually triaged by the Red Eye clinic team.
Referrals to specialty clinics are to be directed to the specific doctor’s office.
