The available appointments could be at any one of four locations:

• Eastern Kings Memorial Community Health Centre
• Western Kings Memorial Health Centre
• Soldiers Memorial Hospital
• Kentville (Suite 210, 70 Exhibition Street, Kentville)

The Northern Shared Chronic Pain Service offers 9 week interdisciplinary Persistent Pain Groups at each of the four clinics -  Antigonish, New Glasgow, Amherst and Truro.  Sessions are held in the fall, winter and spring.  Referral by a physician or primary care provider is required.  For more information about the Persistent Pain Group sessions or the referral process, please contact the program coordinator at 1-800-270-4776 x3312.

A referral from your primary care provider (doctor or Nurse Practitioner) is required to be seen in one of our clinics.
