Collection Information and Related Documents

Until such time as Pathology and Laboratory Medicine establishes provincial documents refer to Zone specific and IWK laboratory policies and specimen collection information. This website will be updated as additional documents become available.

If you require access to a document that is not listed or have questions related to your contract please contact the Pre Analytical Coordinator at 902-473-6585.

Refer to your signed agreement for available hours for drop offs. For a scheduled collection of an urgent nature that falls outside of these hours, please contact the receiving laboratory to make special arrangements.
