Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG)

X-Ray
NOTICE: Appointment booking for X-Ray will be unavailable on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 0000 – 0600 for routine IT updates. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Emergency Department
Hants Community Hospital Emergency Department in Windsor will close at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 13 and reopen at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14.
Virtual urgent care will not be not available during this closure.
Emergency Department
Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital emergency department in Musquodoboit Harbour will be closed:
- From 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14. Virtual urgent care will be available from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
- From 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 15. Virtual urgent care is unavailable during this time.
Emergency Department
Guysborough Memorial Hospital will be closed at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14 and will reopen at 7 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 15.
Virtual urgent care will not available onsite after 6 p.m. on Saturday. It will be available again at 8 a.m. on Sunday.
Emergency Department
Virtual urgent care is available in the emergency department at Glace Bay Hospital on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Construction on the new Yarmouth Regional Hospital Emergency Department means some parking in the front, north parking lot (near the School of Nursing) will be temporarily closed. Please plan for extra time when coming for an appointment. Learn more here.
