Emergency Department
The All Saints Springhill Hospital Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC) is temporarily closed.
Virtual urgent care will be available onsite daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. even when the CEC is closed.

The emergency department at Strait Richmond Hospital is temporarily closed and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26 at 8 a.m.
Virtual urgent care is available onsite from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday. Hours subject to change.

North Cumberland Health Care Centre's Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC) in Pugwash is closed Saturday, May 16 to Tuesday, May 19. Virtual urgent care will be available onsite daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. even when the CEC is closed.

Guysborough Memorial Hospital emergency department will be closed from 7 a.m. on Thursday, May 21 until 8 a.m. on Friday, May 22.

Eastern Memorial Hospital emergency department will be temporarily closed from 10 a.m. on Monday, May 18 until 12 p.m. on Friday, June 5.
Virtual urgent care is available onsite Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.; Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; Thursday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.

The Parrsboro Urgent Treatment Centre at South Cumberland Community Care Centre is closed Monday, May 18. Virtual urgent care is not available during holiday closures.

Construction on the new Yarmouth Regional Hospital Emergency Department means some parking in the front, north parking lot (near the School of Nursing) will be temporarily closed. Please plan for extra time when coming for an appointment. Learn more here.
