Emergency Department
All Saint Springhill Hospital’s Collaborative Emergency Centre is temporarily closed. A virtual urgent care service will be available onsite daily. Please check the schedule here.
Blood Collection Clinic
Please be advised that the blood collection clinic at the Halifax Infirmary is now closed.
For blood collection services, you can book an appointment at an alternate location online anytime or by calling 902-473-2074 or toll-free 1-833-942-2298 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Patients must be 12 years and older.

Emergency Department
Emergency department is OPEN 24 hours daily from 8 a.m. Monday to 1:30 p.m. Friday. It is closed at 1:30 p.m. Friday and re-opens 8 a.m. Monday (closed Sat.&Sun.)
Virtual Urgent Care is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily (Mon. to Sun.), even when emergency dept. is closed. Patients accepted for appointments up to 60 mins before closing.

Eastern Memorial Hospital emergency dept is closed until 12am on Wed., May 28. Canso Medical Clinic: Mon., May 19-Fri., May 23, 9am-4:30pm. Appt only-call 902-366-2633. Urgent treatment clinic: Sat., May 25 & Sun., May 26, 9am-5pm. Call 902-366-3268 for same-day appt. Virtual urgent care: Mon. & Tues., 8am-6:45pm; Wed., 8am-2:30pm; Thurs.-Sun., 8am-6:45pm.

Fishermen's Memorial Hospital emergency department is OPEN 7:30 a.m. to 12 noon on Fri. May 16, Sat. May 17 and Sun. May 18 (closed at noon and re-opening 7:30 a.m. the next day).

Urgent Treatment Centres
The urgent treatment centre at Northside General Hospital in North Sydney will be closed on Friday, May 16. It reopens at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 17.
Emergency Department
Roseway Hospital emergency department is closed at 3 p.m. Friday, May 16 and is closed Saturday and Sunday. It re-opens Monday, May 19 at 8 a.m.

Digby General Hospital emergency department is closed Friday May 16 and re-opens Saturday, May 17 at 8 a.m.
