All Saint Springhill Hospital’s Collaborative Emergency Centre is temporarily closed.  A virtual urgent care service will be available onsite most days.  Please check the schedule here.

Specimen Drop Off

Specimen sample drops-offs are temporarily not available at Western Kings Memorial Health Centre (WKM) People who usually drop off a specimen sample for testing (e.g. urine, stool, etc.) at WKM can now do so at another location offering this service. Specimen drop off locations and times are online: Specimen Testing | Nova Scotia Health (nshealth.ca)

Blood Collection Clinic

Blood collection at Western Kings Memorial Health Centre in Berwick (WKM) is temporarily not available. People who usually have blood collected at WKM can now do so at another location offering this service. For information on blood collection locations and times, visit: http://www.nshealth.ca/blood-collection

Emergency Department

The emergency department at Strait Richmond Hospital in Evanston will be closed from 7 a.m. on Friday, Mar. 1 until 8 a.m. on Monday, Mar. 4.

Emergency Department

Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton, emergency department is closed at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, February 29 and is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday (March 1-3). It is open Monday, March 4 at 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Emergency Department

Roseway Hospital, Shelburne, emergency department, is closed at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 3 and re-opens Monday, March 4 at 8 a.m.

Urgent Treatment Centres

The Parrsboro Urgent Treatment Centre at South Cumberland Community Care Centre is closed Monday, March 4. A virtual urgent care service will be available onsite from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital Urgent Treatment Centre in Tatamagouche is closed Saturday, March 2 to Monday, March 4.
