Take Our Kids to Work Day

Nova Scotia Health Authority supports National Take Our Kids to Work Day on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. A job-shadowing opportunity for Grade 9 students, it offers students a view of the work world and gives them an understanding of its demands and opportunities. More importantly, it emphasizes that education goes beyond the classroom and that preparing younger generations for the future is a community responsibility.
