Emergency Department
All Saint Springhill Hospital’s Collaborative Emergency Centre is temporarily closed. A virtual urgent care service will be available onsite daily. Please check the schedule here.
Blood Collection Clinic
Please be advised that the blood collection clinic at the Halifax Infirmary is now closed.
For blood collection services, you can book an appointment at an alternate location online anytime or by calling 902-473-2074 or toll-free 1-833-942-2298 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Patients must be 12 years and older.

Emergency department is OPEN 24 hours daily from 8 a.m. Monday to 1:30 p.m. Friday. It is closed at 1:30 p.m. Friday and re-opens 8 a.m. Monday (closed Sat.&Sun.)
Virtual Urgent Care is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily (Mon. to Sun.), even when emergency dept. is closed. Patients accepted for appointments up to 60 mins before closing.

Urgent treatment clinic: Sat., May 25 & Sun., May 26, 9am-5pm. Call 902-366-3268 for same-day appt. Virtual urgent care: Mon. & Tues., 8am-6:45pm; Wed., 8am-2:30pm; Thurs.-Sun., 8am-6:45pm.

North Cumberland Health Care Centre's Collaborative Emergency Centre in Pugwash is closed Sunday, May 18, Monday, May 19 and Tuesday, May 20. Virtual urgent care will be available onsite daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The emergency department at Guysborough Memorial Hospital will be closed from 7 a.m. on Thursday, May 22 until 8 a.m. on Friday, May 23.
Virtual urgent care is available onsite daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Hours subject to change. Patient registration ends 30 minutes before closing.

The emergency department at Fishermen’s Memorial Hospital in Lunenburg is open on Tuesday, May 20 and Wednesday, May 21 from 7:30 a.m. until noon. Virtual Urgent Care is available at Fishermen’s Memorial Hospital from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily (Mon-Sun). Patients are accepted up to 60 minutes before closing.
