The All Saints Springhill Hospital Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC) is temporarily closed. 

Virtual urgent care will be available onsite daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. even when the CEC is closed.

The Strait Richmond Hospital emergency department is temporarily closed and will reopen on Friday, June 12 at 1 p.m.

Fishermen's Memorial Hospital emergency department is open from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) daily from Thursday, June 11 to Wednesday, June 17.

Virtual Urgent Care is available from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily, even when the emergency department is closed.

Emergency Department

The emergency department at Roseway Hospital in Shelburne is temporarily closed and will reopen on Sunday, June 14 at 8 p.m. 

Virtual Urgent Care is available from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily, even when the emergency department is closed.

The Eastern Memorial Hospital emergency department is temporarily closed from 10 a.m. on Monday, June 15 until 12 p.m. on Monday, July 20. 

 

Virtual urgent care is available onsite Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.; Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; Thursday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Hours subject to change.

Digby General Hospital emergency department is closed at 4 p.m. Friday, June 12 and re-opens Saturday, June 13 at 8 a.m.

Virtual Urgent Care is available from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily, even when the emergency department is closed.

Construction on the new Yarmouth Regional Hospital Emergency Department means some parking in the front, north parking lot (near the School of Nursing) will be temporarily closed. Please plan for extra time when coming for an appointment. Learn more here.

All Facilities, Clinics, Programs and Services

Nova Scotia Health is advising motorists that the northbound lanes on Robie Street, between Veterans Memorial Lane and Bell Road, will be closed from 6 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, until 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 24, to support underground electrical work connecting power to the new Acute Care Tower as part of the QEII Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project.
