About Fall River Family Practice

Fall River Family Practice is a collaborative, comprehensive family practice that provides primary care to many Nova Scotians. The clinic consists of 12 physicians, 2 family practice nurses, and an amazing team of administrative staff.   

Please note: this clinic does not accept walk-ins and only accepts patients from the Need a Family Practice Registry. To join the registry, please visit needafamilypractice.nshealth.ca.
