If you need to access or transfer your health records and think they may be held by Nova Scotia Health, there are several ways to request them.
Nova Scotia Health's new health information system will continue to roll out beginning November 14th, 2026, at all facilities in the Northern, Eastern and Western Zones.
During this time of transition to a better patient-record system, our teams will keep working to get you the care you need.
