Traffic Impacts on Robie Street Near Halifax Infirmary – April 25, 2026

Nova Scotia Health is advising crane operations will continue on Robie Street, on Saturday, April 25, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. All southbound lanes on Robie Street will be closed between Quinpool Road and Jubilee Road.

Patients and visitors are advised to use alternate routes during this time. Sidewalks and pedestrian access will remain open. The emergency department will remain open and fully accessible throughout the work.

Nova Scotia Health hosting information session in Inverness

Nova Scotia Health is inviting members of the community to attend an information session in Inverness.

The Your Healthcare: Need to Know Expo will be held on Thursday, June 5 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Inverness County Centre for the Arts, 16080 HWY-19, Inverness.

The expo will start with a short presentation from Nova Scotia Health from Nova Scotia Health team members on healthcare in the community followed by a question & answer session. Healthcare and community partner booths will also be onsite to provide information to people.

Sessions are also being planned for other communities in Eastern Zone. More information on these sessions will be shared once details are finalized.
