Public Health supporting enhanced access to routine vaccines in Central Zone

Public Health supports access to free, routine vaccines across the province for people who do not have a primary care provider, or cannot easily access primary care.

In Central Zone, weekly clinics are offered for childhood immunizations, and all-ages vaccines are available by appointment at the Public Health office in Burnside (7 Mellor Ave., Unit 5, Dartmouth)

Public Health provides all routine vaccines recommended in Nova Scotia.

How to book an appointment:

Appointments are required for all vaccines, including those offered at childhood immunization clinics.

Call the Central Zone Public Health office to book: 902‑481‑4956 (toll free: 1‑877‑334‑3032).

More ways to get vaccinated:

Many routine vaccines are also offered by primary care providers, community pharmacy primary care clinics (pans.ns.ca/CPPCC) and other participating pharmacies.
