The Adolescent Addictions Community Health Worker (AACHW) works with teens (13 to 19 years old) who want help with their own substance use and/or gambling, or the substance use and/or gambling of a loved one. This pamphlet explains how the AACHW can help, where they are available, and how to contact them.
