There is no appointment necessary for this clinic.

Please note new location: As of Sunday, December 8, 2024, the Bridgewater Mobile Primary Care Clinic will take place at the Medical Arts Building - Suite 302, 42 Glen Allan Drive, Bridgewater. Previously, this clinic was located at South Shore Community Health Centre, 26 North Street, Bridgewater. 

This new location will provide Nova Scotians with an indoor space to wait for their appointment.

Patients must book appointments by calling the clinic. No walk-in patients are accepted.

Call 902-527-5239 on Monday mornings to book an appointment. The phone will be answered at 8:30 a.m. until the appointments are full.

You will be given the next available appointment in the After Hours Clinic for the week.  Once the clinic is full for the week you will be directed on when to call to book appointments for the following week.

Chronic pain services help individuals manage pain and improve their health, function and well-being. The chronic pain teams provide assessments, treatments and education for people with chronic pain.

We are currently offering self-management groups. Referrals for self-management group are accepted from Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and Allied health professionals. If you do not have a primary care provider, please contact the clinic for more information.
