Upcoming Public Health Mobile Unit immunization and testing clinics
The Public Health Mobile Unit (PHMU) supports access to immunization and testing in Nova Scotia. To help ensure local access to these important services, PHMU will be holding clinics in communities across the province over the next week. All upcoming clinics can be found online at www.nshealth.ca/PHMU.
The following services will be offered at all clinics for those who are eligible:
- COVID-19 Vaccine (6 months+)
- Pneumococcal Vaccine (65+)
- Shingles Vaccine (65+)
- Adult RSV Vaccine (75+)
- Varicella Vaccine (Chickenpox)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella Vaccine (MMR)
- MMR, Varicella Vaccine (MMRV)
- Tetanus, Diphtheria Vaccine (Td)
- Td, Pertussis (Whooping Cough) Vaccine (Tdap)
- COVID-19 and Influenza tests
- Free Naloxone Kits
Unless otherwise noted, clinics offer booked appointments and drop-ins for COVID-19, pneumococcal and shingles vaccines, and COVID-19 and influenza tests. All other vaccines are drop-in only.

Please note:
- Vaccines are offered to people aged 6 months and older who are eligible.
- Vaccines and testing are free and available to all who meet eligibility requirements.
- Please bring your health card if you have one.
- Please dress accordingly as you may have to wait in line outside.
- Clinics may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
- Public Health Mobile Unit clinics have masks available. If you have symptoms, you are required to put on a mask when entering the clinic and for your appointment/visit.
- Public Health Mobile Unit does not provide primary healthcare. There will not be a doctor, physician assistant or nurse practitioner at these clinics. You can learn more about Mobile Primary Care Clinics here.
