Annapolis Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) Open More Days Each Week
ANNAPOLIS ROYAL, N.S. – Patients going to the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) at Annapolis Community Health Centre will be able to access care an additional day each week. The UTC is open on Tuesdays, starting October 7.
Annapolis Urgent Treatment Centre provides access for those with unexpected, non-life-threatening health concerns. Appointments are available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed holidays). To book an appointment, call 902-532-4011. Note: phone lines open at 8:30 a.m.

As always, call 911 if you experience a medical emergency. For general health advice and information call 811, a service offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week by experienced registered nurses.
If you have a primary care provider (doctor or nurse practitioner) you should always call their office first for most non-emergency medical concerns.
Other options for care in the region include Virtual Urgent Care which is available at Digby General and Soldiers Memorial Hospital, even when the emergency department is closed. At Soldiers Memorial, it is open Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Note patients accepted for registration up to 30 minutes before closing). At Digby General, Virtual Urgent Care is open seven days a week: Monday to Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (note patients accepted up to 60 minutes before closing).
