The Expanded Prostate Cancer Index Composite-26 (also called the EPIC-26) is a questionnaire for people with prostate cancer. It asks about symptoms you may have from prostate cancer or its treatments. This pamphlet explains why the EPIC-26 is important, what to expect when filling it out, instructions for using the Patient Engagement Application (PEA), and what to expect after you complete it.
