All Saints Springhill Hospital update -Most outpatient services to resume March 8 – inpatient services remain suspended

SPRINGHILL, N.S. – All Saints Springhill Hospital will open to most services Friday, March 8, except for inpatient services.

Most Recent Services Update:

  • The Primary Health Care clinic opened to virtual and in-person appointments to patients today (March 7).
  • Registration, laboratory and diagnostic imaging (X-ray) services will resume tomorrow (March 8).
  • The Renal Dialysis Unit will open tomorrow (March 8).
  • The Collaborative Emergency Centre will open tomorrow (March 8).
  • Outpatient rehabilitation (Occupational Therapy & Physiotherapy), Social Work and wound care will open tomorrow (March 8).

Services that remain suspended:

  • Inpatient withdrawal management services will continue offsite for current patients for a few more days.
  • We will update next week regarding the inpatient beds on the 2nd floor as remediation continues.
  • Our next update will be shared before Monday, March 11.
