All Saints Springhill Hospital Collaborative Emergency Centre is temporarily changing its hours of services until Sunday, Feb. 27. No evening or weekend service will be available during this time. The CEC will reopen for regular hours, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 28.
