Emergency Department
All Saint Springhill Hospital’s Collaborative Emergency Centre is temporarily closed. A virtual urgent care service will be available onsite daily. Please check the schedule here.
Emergency Department
The emergency department at Strait Richmond Hospital in Evanston will be closed:
- Friday, Oct. 25 at 7 a.m. until Monday, Oct. 28 at 10 a.m.
Blood Collection Clinic
Please be advised that the blood collection clinic at the Halifax Infirmary is now closed.
For blood collection services, you can book an appointment at an alternate location online anytime or by calling 902-473-2074 or toll-free 1-833-942-2298 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Patients must be 12 years and older.

Soldiers Memorial Hospital emergency department is OPEN Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
It is also OPEN Saturday, Oct. 26 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Virtual Urgent Care is available at Soldiers Monday to Friday 11 a.m. to 7p.m. and Saturday & Sunday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (patients accepted up to 30 minutes before close)

Roseway Hospital emergency department is closed Monday Oct. 21 and re-opens Tuesday October 22 at 8 a.m.
Virtual Urgent Care is at Roseway Mon. to Fri. from 11a.m. to 7p.m. and Sat. & Sun. from 9a.m. to 1p.m. (patients accepted up to 30 mins before closing)
Emergency Department
Digby General Hospital emergency department is closed Monday, Oct. 21 and Tuesday Oct. 22. It re-opens Wednesday Oct. 23 at 8 a.m.
Virtual Urgent Care is available at Digby General Hospital: Mon. to Fri. from 11a.m. to 7p.m. and Sat. & Sun. from 9a.m. to 1p.m. (patiens accepted up to 30 minutes before closing)
Emergency Department
North Cumberland Health Care Centre's Collaborative Emergency Centre in Pugwash is closed Sunday, Oct. 20 and Monday, Oct. 21. A virtual urgent care service will be available onsite weekends from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and weekdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
