Emergency Department
The All Saints Springhill Hospital Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC) is temporarily closed.
Virtual urgent care will be available onsite from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. even when the CEC is closed.

The emergency department at Strait Richmond Hospital is temporarily closed and will reopen on Monday, July 27 at 8 a.m.
Virtual urgent care will be available onsite from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, July 24. Hours subject to change.

The Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC) at North Cumberland Health Care Centre in Pugwash is temporarily closed and will reopen on Monday, July 27 at 8 a.m.

Fishermen's Memorial Hospital emergency department is open from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) from Friday, July 24 to Monday, July 27.
Virtual urgent care is available onsite daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., even when the emergency department is closed.

Western Kings Memorial Health Centre (WKM) After Hours Clinic is closed:
- Monday, July 27
- Tuesday, July 28

The emergency department at Eastern Memorial Hospital in Canso will be temporarily closed from 10 a.m. Monday, July 27 until 12 p.m. Monday, Aug. 10.
Virtual urgent care is available Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.; Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 and Thursday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Hours subject to change.

Construction on the new Yarmouth Regional Hospital Emergency Department means some parking in the front, north parking lot (near the School of Nursing) will be temporarily closed. Please plan for extra time when coming for an appointment. Learn more here.
